CEO & Co-Founder

Ryan co-founded Xunison in 2016, with the goal
of creating all-in-one solutions for Internet Service
Providers that would deliver the ultimate user
experience for their customers. Ryan has over 10
years of experience in the telecom sector,
growing new business for B2B and B2C channels
and managing sales teams of more than 100
representatives. Before Xunison, Ryan was the
CEO of Xunity, a software and hardware business
that distributed over-the-top (OTT) devices to
service provider retail stores across the USA and the EU. He began his career in
sales at Vomino Telecoms Ltd and UTV Internet, and also ran his own business
offering sales and marketing advisory services.

Guojun “Jum” Qin

VP Partnerships Asia & Co-Founder
Jum joined Xunison as a co-founder and CTO in 2016, initially focusing on building Xunison's technology partnerships and business network to spur the company’s rapid growth. Today, as VP Partnerships Asia, Jum leads the Pan-Asia strategy for market development, supply chain, and manufacturing. Prior to Xunison, Jum began his career as a qualified financial advisor at CleverMoney in Ireland. In this role, Jum worked with multiple large insurance companies and investment funds to customize financial plans for clients. He also led a sales team that managed over 500 clients. Jum was also a company director at Alpha Asset Management, providing real estate investment and business development advisory services. Originally from China, Jum earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin, as well as Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from University College Cork.

Chris Meehan

Chief Financial Officer
Chris oversees all the financial management functions at Xunison. He has thirty years’ experience in the IT sector, all at senior board levels. His experience is with private, public, and venture capital-funded companies. He was a member of the team that brought Trintech Group plc through a successful IPO on NASDAQ and the Neuer Markt.  His last two companies achieved successful exits to US publicly-quoted companies: The Now Factory to IBM and Asavie to Akamai. Chris holds qualifications from UCD, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, and has graduated from the Strategic Leadership 4 Chief Financial Officers Programme at Stanford University. Chris played competitive soccer for many years and still regularly plays 5-aside soccer.

Ilya Boyko

VP of Technology
Ilya drives technology at Xunison with his 20 years of experience in both hardware and software. Starting his career in enterprise IT, Ilya was an IT engineer and manager at Det Norske Veritas and Geodis. He was recruited into the telecom sector to become CTO at Telemir, the largest Internet Service Provider in Lipetsk, Russia. At Telemir, Ilya led several pivotal technology initiatives, including data center virtualization, in-house OSS/BSS development, hybrid IP network design, and foundations for the company’s first digital/HDTV cable service. After the company was acquired by ER-Telecom, Ilya moved to the vendor community to build best-in-class solutions for the telecom industry. Ilya spent 3 years in Thailand as CTO and co-founder of INKO.TV, leading development for their IPTV software platform before joining Xunison in 2017. Ilya has a Master’s degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Moscow State University of Instrument Engineering and Computer Sciences.

Keith Plunkett

VP of Operations
Keith joined Xunison to lead operations and strategy across the business. Keith started his career with Vodafone as an enterprise trial manager before moving to Ammeon where he deployed new MVNO services in both Spain and Kosovo. Keith then led commercial operations as enterprise service delivery manager for Smart Telecom in Ireland before joining Sky (now owned by Comcast) where he led the rollout of numerous new products and services, like xDSL, FTTH, and Sky Q for the Irish market. At Roomex, a SaaS travel tech provider, Keith led the sales strategy and operations function, helping the company to double revenues in 12 months. Keith earned his Master’s degree in Operations Management from Dublin City University, completing a thesis focusing on the evolution of digital products and services in telecommunications.

Liam McElwee

VP of Delivery
Liam McElwee brings more than 20 years of experience in telecommunication and financial services to Xunison. He leads global technology and delivery teams focused on driving value for client organizations and their customers. Liam has successfully managed complex delivery projects for clients across Europe, EMEA and Latin America. Previously, Liam worked in program and project management roles for industry giants such as IBM, Nokia, Alcatel-Lucent, Ericsson, and Vodafone, as well as technology innovators like Truata and CSIS Health Corp. Liam earned his Bachelor’s degree from Ulster University.

Eoin Cruise

VP of Channels & Growth
Eoin joined Xunison in 2021, with over 20 years in telecommunications and consumer electronics industries, to lead product development and growth of new channels. Having worked with global brands such as Vodafone, Nokia, Microsoft and Samsung across product, marketing and commercial roles, Eoin’s experience has driven strong growth in productivity and profitability, which he now brings to the Xunison team. Previously, Eoin was head of consumer electronics TV/AV for the Irish market at Samsung. Before that, Eoin was the GM and market lead in Ireland for mobile devices & services at both Microsoft and Nokia. He also served as head of sales, marketing & operations and head of GTM and product management at Nokia. Eoin started his career in technical development, presales consulting, and major accounts management roles. A true technology nerd at heart, it's unlikely that you will find him far from the latest gadget or gizmo.
