Our customer experience solution

We offer a system-level solution with the capability to deploy, integrate and administer the Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) or ‘broadband router’, monitor its performance and rapidly assist with any issues that may arise whether the infrastructure is IoT or hosted on Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS or OVH.

Xunison Care also provides the end-user with the capability to manage their CPE device and smart home from their handset via a mobile app, Android TV and/or their Internet browser as a first port of call when troubleshooting.

Xunison capture

Xunison Capture is our Digital Video Recorder (DVR) product designed specifically to be branded by our Service Provider Partner and integrated with their own offering of security camera products.

Our DVR software integrates outdoor, indoor and doorbell cameras, allowing customers secure and easy access to security camera recordings and live streaming from TV, Web UI and/or our iOS/Android mobile application while also providing alerts for activation triggers such as when the doorbell is pressed or movement is detected.​

Both video and configuration access are available via the Xunison Android and iOS mobile apps, providing the end-user with a seamless user experience for Router, Smart Home and DVR administration.

Xunison accessories

We are still in the Age of Adoption where customers are gradually building out their integrated smarthomes. This reticence is often dictated by the challenges of set up and customization.

As we are the manufacturer and the software provider we have a greater capacity than others to simplify. Via the Xunison App, pairing, connecting and tailoring specifications to the end users needs have never been easier.

We currently offer approximately 40 additional devices, from video doorbell, outdoor, indoor cameras and a wide variety of sensors to allow a customer enable a truly connected home.

Life is busy. Keep on top of the comings and goings in your home with an integrated camera doorbell complete with DVR capability allowing you to watch back over up to 30 days of footage.

Ideal for use both indoors and outdoors, this long-life battery-powered camera allows you to view, record, and retrieve footage throughout the home.

Apply to doors and windows throughout the property and receive an alert to your phone when one has been opened. Upgrade by pairing with our Siren Alarm so trigger a deterrent house alarm.

Matter, for the first time really allows customer mix their smart home ecosystem, using devices previous restricted by the communication method it was designed for. Compatibility is no longer as much of an obstacle with Xunison Hub acting as a home gateway to link all Matter enabled peripheral devices.

Available in certain territories, this highlights the total traffic scanned providing the internet traffic accessed by users
Security score
Based a weighted structure
Threat detection
Number of Threats blocked by our security system with breakdown on threat details, recommendation of threats, attack logs and breaches found
Parental Control

Our parental control solution is a central factor in our Xunison Care and Xunison App offerings, allowing the end-user the ability to monitor their child’s internet activity, restrict access to certain sites and apps as needed and receive detailed reports on screen time with the ability to block internet access on any device for a specific duration.

Web activity
End users can monitor web activity within their home, from the current day, to the entire previous 30 days. Options to bar websites and applications that are deemed inappropriate.
Time supervision
Shows the report of the time spent by each device, per day (also last 7 days, 14 days and 30 days) and per session. Users can block the internet access on any device for a specified duration.
Social supervision
Users can monitor or Block/Unblock Social domains such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and WeChat. Block Inappropriate content: Unblock and block URL for all devices/selected devices or a particular device.

Our goal is to reduce or remove the requirement for a truck roll or engineer visit and, as a result, we have integrated a number of time saving and direct solutions to ensure setup is straightforward regardless of the technical literacy of the end user. These include:
